Story 1: Tom’s Daily Routine

Tom is an ordinary student living in a small town. Every weekday, he wakes up at 7:00 AM. As soon as he opens his eyes, he reaches for his phone to check the time. Tom doesn’t like to sleep in because he enjoys having a calm morning. First, he brushes his teeth and washes his face with cold water to wake up. Then, he heads to the kitchen, where his mother prepares breakfast. Tom usually eats toast with butter and scrambled eggs, but sometimes he enjoys a bowl of cereal.

At 8:00 AM, Tom leaves the house and walks to school. His school is only a 15-minute walk away, so he prefers walking instead of taking the bus. On his way to school, Tom listens to music or sometimes daydreams about the things he’ll do during the weekend.

Tom enjoys most of his classes, but his favorite subject is math. He always completes his math homework on time. During the lunch break, he eats with his friends in the school cafeteria. In the afternoon, Tom attends more classes before the final bell rings at 3:00 PM. After school, he usually plays football with his friends at the park.

In the evening, Tom returns home around 5:00 PM. After dinner, he watches TV or plays video games. At 10:00 PM, Tom goes to bed, looking forward to another day.
